This year, thanks to the continued commitment of all our teams and our strengthened environmental and social engagement, we have reached a major milestone by earning the EcoVadis Gold Medal.

This distinction, which places us among the top 5% of the most committed companies worldwide, recognizes our comprehensive approach to continuous improvement and the significant progress we have made in our CSR commitments. It rewards the collective, day-to-day efforts carried out across all 12 of our production sites.

Beyond this recognition, the past few months have been marked by major transformations throughout our industrial facilities:

• Energy Efficiency & Green Energy: Since January 2025, 100% of our electricity has come from renewable sources. These efforts are supported by rigorous energy management practices aimed at reducing our carbon emissions and preserving natural resources.
• Circular Economy: With 90% of our waste being recovered and repurposed, and the deployment of dedicated recycling channels for complex materials such as rock wool, sustainability is now embedded at the core of our manufacturing processes.
• People & Local Communities: Workplace safety, employee well-being, and skills development remain top priorities, particularly through the training programs delivered by our AIM University. At the same time, our local sponsorship committees actively support community organizations and contribute to the economic vitality of the regions where we operate.

This Gold Medal reflects our determination to combine industrial performance, social responsibility, and environmental stewardship. It is not an end in itself, but rather a source of motivation to pursue our ambitious goals: reducing our direct emissions by 50% by 2027 and continuing to co-create a more sustainable industry alongside our customers and stakeholders.
