Sponsorship at Groupe AIM

 

Within Groupe AIM, we value the territorial challenge. We want to develop relationships with our local ecosystem and play a part in the region’s development.

We do this by means of developing partnerships with associations and sports clubs and by setting up sponsorship committees at our production sites. To date, all our French subsidiaries have a committee run by employee volunteers. Their role is to decide on and prioritise donations to associations in accordance with a number of criteria:

  • Have a link with the Group’s values: sustainable, innovative, supportive
  • Have a notion of performance and challenge
  • Be geographically close to one of our sites
  • Be associated with our signature “on the move”.

Our aim is to provide financial support for public-interest initiatives in the fields of culture, health, education and sport.

In 2022, 35 projects were supported by the Group, representing €29,000 in sponsorship. Some of these partnerships are one-offs, others are long-term, such as the Etoile Lavalloise Futsal Club, Lou Martineau, a promising young tennis player, or the Handi-cheval association, which aims to develop equestrian activities for people with disabilities.

We are proud to be able to help rowing, football, basketball, handball and judo clubs in our own way, as well as sporting talents such as Lubin Roiné in horse riding and Myriam Clavreul in canoeing, theatre groups and sporting events (trail running, cycle races, etc.).

 

By supporting social, sustainable and meaningful projects, we aim to strengthen the links with our employees and our local roots.
