The primary mission of our information system is to provide Groupe AIM employees with the IT solutions (hardware, software, communication) and resources needed to collect, store, process, secure and communicate information.
We support our employees in the use of these tools through training and regular monitoring.
We must be constantly on the lookout for emerging knowledge, technologies and tools in information systems, so that we can always offer the right hardware/software to the right people in order to respond most effectively to our clients.
Information management,
One of our strengths is the control of information, in particular through our ERP, the central software in our Information System.
The information system facilitates decision-making by providing the decision-maker with the necessary data to manage and make choices.
Thanks to our organisation, information flows easily within the company, which improves the efficiency of internal operations. For example, the information system allows :
- improve communication between the different teams in the company
- eliminate repetitive tasks;
- optimise the coordination of tasks within the company.
Recognising the value of information, we integrate digital transformation into our overall strategy to create value by improving our business processes, customer experience and cost efficiency.
