For the co-design, industrialisation, qualification of initial samples and series production phases of assemblies, sub-assemblies and sheet metal sub-products, Groupe AIM team members optimise the successful development of each project as a whole.

Our multidisciplinary team (design office, production, quality, purchasing, methods) develops and implements action plans in line with the culture and practices of each client, to clearly define the issues, roles and responsibilities of each person.

Trained in the use of specific tools (functional analysis, PERT or Gantt planning, budget management), AIM employees work with methodology, rigour and transparency to structure each project in terms of time and objectives.
