Our HR strategy
SKILLS MANAGEMENT for sustainable development
Through our AIM University, our ambition is to enable our teams to progress collectively and individually thanks to tailor-made training programmes specific to the Groupe AIM and its needs. We set up very solid and pragmatic programmes with historical partners who know the Groupe AIM, its businesses and its specificities. For example:
- AIM Operations Director” programme, consisting of 12 modules over 2 years,
- AIM Coaching” programme for employees in professional transition, with an internationally recognised coach,
- AIM Process Manager” programme, with an IATF auditor partner,
- Or again: “AIM Driver Trainer”, “AIM Press Trimmer”, etc…
All these modules are intended to be organised by mixing teams from different factories, in order to share common experiences and promote group cohesion.
In addition, our recruitment process is centralised and coordinated at Group level, thus enabling the pooling of needs and facilitating the management of internal mobility.
COMMUNICATION
Communication is a major part of our strategy and aims to promote the Groupe AIM, but also to optimize internal exchanges for greater efficiency. The Groupe AIM has a strong presence on social networks, the AIM Group application, a website, internal and external newsletters, educational videos, and rituals on each site to ensure that messages flow smoothly. These tools aim to facilitate internal interactions, encourage recruitment through the promotion of our employer brand, and of course promote the Group to its clients and partners.
CSR
Our CSR approach is based on five areas (social, environmental, economic, territorial and managerial) and is part of the Sustainable Action framework, one of the key values of the Groupe AIM. On the specific social axis, we carry out numerous actions that constantly place our employees at the heart of our concerns: very ambitious gender equality agreements, strong promotion of the employment of disabled workers, teleworking agreements, sponsorship directly involving employees, etc. Here again, we are constantly seeking to improve our conditions of attractiveness with a view to long-term relations with our teams.
