  • Our priority is to improve the well-being and quality of life at work of our employees. We attach great importance to their development and support them through concrete actions such as the provision of childcare places or support for more economical means of transport. Ergonomic studies enable us to identify the factors that make work difficult, to adapt workstations as best as possible for the health and safety of our employees, and to prevent the onset of all types of injury or illness. We continually strive to provide a healthy working environment for all our employees.

We are committed to promoting equal opportunities and diversity, including the inclusion of people with disabilities. We have a direct link with the consulting firm Handifeel’s, which assists us in raising awareness and training disabled staff.

We implement a salary policy aimed at supporting low salaries and grant employees benefits such as profit-sharing and holiday vouchers. We are actively working on gender equality issues and also provide all our employees with a company insurance scheme to meet their needs and those of their families.

  • At Groupe AIM, we are committed to sustainable development as an integral part of our corporate strategy. Our environmental policy includes a set of key commitments and ambitious targets for reducing our environmental impact.

In recent years, we have undertaken to control energy, water and raw material consumption, as well as to reduce emissions to air, land and water. A gradual change of lighting in all production sites to low-energy LED bulbs allows us to limit electricity consumption and ensure better working conditions for our employees.

We have also installed mist and oil fume scrubbers in the workshops to improve air quality and filter air emissions. Some sites are also equipped with a zero discharge station, a wastewater treatment system that allows water to be returned to the factory after treatment. This innovative method allows us to limit water consumption and the discharge of polluted water.

Finally, we are promoting the reduction and recovery of waste by launching a global digitisation process which will lead to better traceability and reliability of products and to time optimisation thanks to the instantaneousness of information. The zero paper objective is on the way! More generally, our waste management policy aims to reduce the quantities of waste generated by our activities on the industrial units. Achieving this objective involves optimising the use of raw materials in particular.

  • From the outset, we have been committed to maintaining a transparent dialogue with all our stakeholders, especially our customers, whom we want to support as best we can. We respect their interests, adapt to their requirements and work every day to continuously improve our quality and service performance.

We respect the interests of our suppliers and subcontractors and want to establish long-term relationships with them. That is why we have made available to all our employees and stakeholders a code of good CSR practice to ensure that our values of human rights, health and safety, ethics and environmental impact are respected.

Since our creation, we have maintained a growth situation with a rapidly expanding annual turnover. Our objective is to guarantee the economic performance and sustainability of the company, with the reintegration of the results into the company’s capital.

  • Within the Groupe AIM, we attach great importance to the territorial challenge. We want to develop relationships with our local ecosystem and to take part in the influence of the territory.

For several years now, we have been actively participating in the economic and social development of the region, by supporting business creators or buyers, through sponsorship actions initiated by the Réseau Entreprendre. In this way, we are committed to giving a new impetus to local players wishing to develop their activity and create jobs.

Our local involvement is reflected in the sponsorship of high school students in the department through the De la Mayenne aux Grandes Écoles association, which aims to support Mayennais in their access to the Grandes Écoles by awarding them study grants.

Our local presence also includes the development of partnerships with associations and sports clubs and the setting up of sponsorship committees at our production sites. Our objective is to provide financial support for initiatives of general interest in the fields of culture, health, education and sport. Each quarter, the committees meet to choose projects that correspond to our values.

Finally, we act on the obstacles to integration and employment by welcoming students on apprenticeships and training staff in professional retraining. We are committed to training and supporting the workers of tomorrow.

  • To us, social dialogue is a fundamental element in the construction of responsible management. Our employees have the opportunity to discuss and express themselves on various subjects such as working conditions, investments, quality of life at work, etc., and have a full role in collective negotiations. We believe that CSR can also be an opportunity to modernise our social relations within the company.

We support the development of our employees by expanding the number of training courses, thus developing their skills and employability. This skills development policy allows us to encourage internal mobility and to support employees throughout their professional development.

Finally, we are committed to deploying a specific internal CSR communication plan and to providing transparent and regular feedback on the objectives, practices and results obtained. This desire to measure our progress, to note our progress in each area and to understand the issues at stake at all times, reflects our constant desire to improve.

In order to give concrete expression to our commitments, and because we are determined to improve continuously, we draw up a CSR strategic plan which we renew regularly according to the challenges we face and the Group’s general objectives.
