I joined OTIMA Industries in 2015 as a temporary employee to replace someone on leave in the logistics department. I then signed a permanent contract 7 months later as a sales assistant. In 2019, after a reorganisation of the company, my position evolved into a sales manager, thus combining the positions of sales assistant and customer manager. My job consists of managing customer relations from the order to delivery and then invoicing. I am the interface between customers, the business manager and the various internal departments (logistics, shipping, quality, etc.). OTIMA Industries is a dynamic company with many projects and well-known customers. I appreciate the interaction between the different departments, being able to respond to the different requests from customers and follow their files from A to Z. OTIMA Industries is involved in many sectors of activity: energy, environment, railways, naval… which makes my day-to-day work even more exciting.
