New Business Development Unit

 

Leveraging our expertise and growth ambitions, we have strengthened our sales force by creating a specific business development unit called Business Development. This strategic initiative aims to consolidate our international presence and develop new markets around our subsidiaries located in Romania and Morocco. Identifying opportunities in these regions is crucial for our growth strategy and aligns with our commitments as a close partner.

As an ‘’Industrial in Motion’’, we have organized ourselves to meet the needs and challenges of our foreign partners. The main mission of our Business Development Unit is to explore and penetrate new potential territories. Initially, it focused on studying target markets: Romania, through our subsidiary TDM located in Brasov and its network in Eastern Europe, and Morocco, at the gateway to Africa with ADELMA near Casablanca. Understanding the local industrial landscape has allowed us to establish our action plan.

Multiple operational actions are being implemented, from direct prospecting to participating in local trade shows to promote Groupe AIM, our local entities, and our value proposition. The initial results are promising: we have a qualified database and valuable information about the markets. We are working on constructing offers tailored to local needs. All these interactions have strengthened the cooperation links between our sites, and we are witnessing an increase in inquiries from new contacts.

This proactive approach has been well received, confirming the importance of an international relay and a local presence for Groupe AIM. We are experiencing positive momentum, and our visibility is increasing in these regions. We are and remain an Industry in Motion, continuing to adapt and thrive in the metallurgy market.
