New Assembly Line at Our METASEVAL Site ⚙️

To increase the production capacity of metal case covers for electronic enclosures for one of our clients in the automotive sector, METASEVAL (72) has just equipped itself with a new automatic assembly line.

These covers close the modules that manage displays, sound, and even wifi in the vehicle. They are used in various models of the Stellantis group (PSA, Opel, Fiat).

Several weeks after its start-up, the line is meeting its capacity target and operates in three shifts. It is a great success for the teams working on the project.

This new installation supports another assembly line that produces 1.4 million cases each year. It is equipped with a loading/unloading station, a welding station, and a control station.

Currently, 3 different references can be produced on this assembly line, and a study is underway to adapt it to new versions of the cover.
