When I arrived at IVA in 2011, I started as a temporary operator on a paint line, then I was hired as the manager of the manual powder line and then the automatic line for 3 years. In 2014, I had the opportunity to join the quality department thanks to my technical knowledge. Then in 2017, I moved to the position of methods technician in a small team of 3 people. My job is to design and implement new projects on IVA’s production lines. I am the link between the sales team and production to ensure that the requested product is designed in the best way. IVA is a versatile company with many possibilities, as you can see from my background. What I like is the diversity of both the professions and the products worked on (automotive, defence, agricultural, etc.). It’s a family business with a good atmosphere.
