Groupe AIM’s development and expansion is going on

 

We are particularly pleased to announce that as part of our strategy, the company ROMAIRE, based in Arnas (69) in FRANCE joins the GROUPE AIM. With this acquisition, we create a strong partnership between two customer oriented companies with a long history and technical know how. ROMAIRE becomes a 100% subsidiary of the GROUPE AIM holding.

Founded in 1959, ROMAIRE is a family-owned industrial sheet metal company well known in the Auvergne Rhône Alpes region. Its activity includes cutting (punching/laser), bending, welding and painting. Its markets are trucks and buses parts, cabinets and boxes, electronic devices, etc… About 90 people are employed and its turnover in 2022 will be about 12 million euros.

We are delighted to be part of this new team. With about 1250 employees, our turnover will exceed 200 million euros in 2023. Beyond its original activity, ROMAIRE will now be part of a dynamic and stable group with a long-term strategic vision. The GROUPE AIM will be able to develop its activities in a highly industrialized region of France, to continue its diversification of the fields of activity and finally to meet the strong demands of its customers by 2023.

An integration team, composed of employees of both entities, will quickly start working in order to ensure the coherence and the fluidity of the services that we bring to our customers with the support of our suppliers, our usual partners and all the employees of ROMAIRE.
