A washing operation is a process planned in the manufacturing range of a product and is valued. Depending on the customer’s specifications, we offer the most suitable washing process, up to particle cleanliness.
This solution can be part of our classic production processes after the stamping and machining phases or directly linked to our automatic painting lines. Degreasing can also be used as a simple subcontracting operation for customers who are independent of their cutting equipment.
Our machinery is designed to clean, degrease, rinse and dry parts with complex geometry and high cleaning requirements. For this purpose, we have several degreasing machines with different capacities to process parts of various sizes.
