Black Belt Certification for Plant Managers

In 2021, our AIM University launched its “Operations Management” training course. This training, intended for the directors of the Group’s sites, was spread over two years, and so is coming to an end.

The course consists of 12 modules (strategy, marketing, health/safety, management control, HR management, change management, supply chain, CSR, Lean Management, QSE management, labor law, and crisis management) and was overseen by the EliteOrga organization, with the participation of Emilie Devienne for coaching and co-development sessions.

To validate their training, the participants are currently preparing their Black or Green Belt certification. To this end, they have implemented a Lean Management approach at their production sites specifically adapted to the particular strategic objectives and problems they encounter. The objective of the certification is to ensure the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives in a sustainable manner, to manage Lean initiatives in their entirety and, of course, to achieve the expected results.
