ADELMA continues to expand
Our ADELMA site, based in Casablanca, is continuing to modernise and expand its business.
Following the integration of a laser cutting centre and a folding machine last year, a new punching machine arrived on site in mid-June. Developed by our local and French teams, it is now operational.
This electric punching machine, which is very economical in terms of energy consumption, is equipped with a large 45-tool turret, 4 auto-index stations (2 B stations and 2 C stations), 2 large E stations and a scrap extraction system. This equipment can be used for tapping and can be retrofitted with automatic functions (part loader and unloader). It can handle formats of 1500 x 2500 without repositioning and 1500 x 3000 with repositioning.
This implementation at ADELMA will strengthen our capacity to produce sheet metal products for the Moroccan regional market.
These investments and the deployment of AIM standards are part of ADELMA’s transformation plan and effective integration into Groupe AIM.
Last week, we met with one of our customers on site to confirm the start of new painted sheet metal projects, such as the production of products for electrical energy storage.
ADELMA’s business, driven by the rail sector, is diversifying. Recontacting local customers and prospects by our sales team looks promising.
