As a specialist in the transformation and assembly of metals and tubes, we have been offering a wide range of industrial services for over 25 years, and we deploy our activity in the metallurgy sector with a desire to anticipate, innovate and adapt to the requirements of our customers.

Within the Groupe AIM, we strive to assist our customers from the basic part to the integrated and painted assembly. We guarantee the total management of projects by integrating the creation of complex tools, the series production of technical products and the management of end-of-life.
Since 1994, we have been a leading player in the metallurgy industry and have been providing our expertise in a variety of fields: the medical sector, infrastructure and transport, heating, industrial equipment, defence, railways, automotive, naval, communication equipment, etc.
AIM in a few dates

1994
Creation of AIMM. Jean-Claude PERQUIS takes over the assets of SFMO, a company specialising in the field of cutting and stamping based in Laval (53).

1999
To respond to its growth, AIMM moves to a new 8,000 m² industrial site.

2002
Creation of AIMB in Lannion (22), as part of the diversification of our activities towards industrial sheet metal processes.

2005
Construction of a new factory in Lannion to accommodate AIMB’s activities

2006
First extension of the AIMM site.

2008
First extension of the AIMB site, and creation of AIMI in Lannion (22), with the aim of providing additional added value to the metal products manufactured on the Group’s other sites. AIMI specialises in the integration of electromechanical components, wiring and mechatronics

2009
After organising his succession, Jean-Claude PERQUIS quits his duties. Laurent PELOIL becomes General Manager of the group.

2014
New extension of the AIMM site, doubling its industrial surface.

2015
The Groupe AIM acquires STSM (53) and extends its skills and know-how to boiler making and tube processing.

2022
New extension of the AIMB site, expansion of the ADELMA and TDM sites.

The company ROMAIRE, based in Arnas (69) in FRANCE joins the GROUPE AIM.
