The goal of this project was to increase the performance level of two machines in the press fleet. A working group including all company departments was mobilized and implemented more than 35 technical and organizational actions.

As a result of the project, the numerous actions carried out led to a sustainable 15% increase in TRS on these presses, and they had positive effects on the entire sector, with the last few weeks showing record performance levels.
